HOMEPAGE OVERVIEW

Main Menu
  • The top section of the page contains links to Home, Help, and Logout.
  • The Home link redirects you to the main dashboard.
  • The Help section provides access to support documentation.
  • The Logout option allows you to securely end your session.
User Information
  • This section displays information about the currently logged-in user.
Pending Files (SimFTP Users)
  • Incoming: Lists files received by SIM but not yet retrieved by your company.
  • Outgoing: Lists files sent by your company that have not yet been processed by SIM.
  • Companies that exchange messages exclusively via SIM WEBEDI will not see any files in this section.
Processed New Messages
  • Displays the total number of new messages processed by the system.
  • You may click "Click to View Messages" to review message details.
Information Messages
  • Internal company messages from employees can be viewed here.
  • System notifications received from SIM can also be monitored in this section.
